The Valley Park Community Library's memorial and honor book program gives patrons a chance to donate a book to the library in memory or honor of a loved one.

While the library has control over what books are purchased, we will do our best to help honor your loved one in a way that is appropriate for them.

All memorial/honor books donated will have a memorial/honor sticker placed inside by library staff. No notes from donors will be allowed.

Memorial donations will remain on the shelves of the library until the time they are retired from circulation, as determined by the library director.

If you would like to donate a book to the Valley Park Community Library in honor or in memory of a loved one, please print and complete the form below. Submit the form in person with a check for $25 payable to Valley Park Community Library.
